Every version of these Terms that has been in force, newest first, with what changed and the full text of each. We may revise the Terms as set out in the Terms themselves; this page is the record of when we have done so.
What changed: a new section 1.4, Saved Payment Methods. It says that a card or bank account used to pay on behalf of an organization may be saved for future payments, that a saved card, US bank account or SEPA Direct Debit account is available to every administrator of the organization, that a saved Canadian bank account is available only to the person who saved it, and that a saved payment method can be removed at any time.
Effect on your rights or obligations: when You choose to save a payment method, You authorize future charges to it as described in section 1.4. Saving is optional and can be declined at the time of payment.
What changed: the definition of the Services no longer lists www.turtle.dev as a domain through which the Services are offered. That domain is being retired and the Services are offered through www.turtleOS.com.
Effect on your rights or obligations: none. This is an administrative correction; no term governing either party was added, removed or altered.
What changed: not recorded. This page was introduced in August 2026, and we have not reconstructed a summary for versions issued before it, rather than describe them from memory. The full text of both this version and the one it replaced is linked here, so the changes can be read directly.

A note on the older links: the address of a previous version was historically named after the month it was replaced, not the month it was issued. That is why /terms-of-service-august-2022 contains the March 2022 text. The addresses are left as they are so that any link saved by a reader keeps showing the same document; each version is labelled above by its own date.
